Conditions.

• The fencing and landscaping incentives are available to the buyer, within 24 months period from the date of the contract to purchase the lot. The buyer may claim the fencing or landscaping incentive by completing the application in the contract and sending it to the sellers sales agent.
• Design, material and standards for fencing and landscaping are as per the specifications of the seller.
• The sellers contractors are the only contractors permitted.
